About Dr. Rex
Dr. Rex Wildey, originally from Keller, Texas, is from a family of dentists. His father, Dr. William Wildey, is an Endodontist in Hurst, Texas and his brother, Dr. Tyler Wildey, is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery resident at Baylor in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Rex received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University. Sic 'Em Bears! He attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School and after practicing as a General Dentist in Corpus Christi at Kennedy Dental Care and exclusively treating children, he decided to seek further training as a specialist in dental care for children. Dr. Rex completed a two-year residency program receiving his certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.
Dr. Rex is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Rex and his wife, Jennifer, are proud parents of three children, two sons and a daughter. His activities include T-Ball coach, softball, running, SUP (stand up paddleboard) and he loves outdoor sports like hiking, skiing and surfing when he gets the chance. Dr. Rex is a big Texas Ranger Baseball fan (fanatic). Dr. Rex and his family fell in love with San Antonio during his post-doctoral training and decided to stay and raise their family here.
